This is written in support of America's Computer Services to become the District Vender for Computer Installation/Repair Service. I have had America's assist me with several personal computer issues and problems over the past year.
The first personal issue was to assist me with uploading files to an FTP server for my Masters course. I had many complications and difficulties operating the provided server, and America's Computer Services was able to complete the task for me immediately, as well as, provide me with information for the future to assist and guide me through the process.The second time I needed their assistance was when a student stole my personnel laptop from my classroom. The computer was returned a few days later to me, however, there was extensive damage done to the hard drive and operating system. America's Computer Services was able to restore and retrieve personal files and restore the operating system to proper working order.
My experiences with America's have been nothing but positive. The professionalism, work ethics, support and compassion that was provided by America's, has exceeded my expectations. I am proud to recommend their services as a regular vendor for all computer needs to Dysart Unified School District, as I know they are reliable, have been proven to fulfill their job to the best of their abilities, and without delay.Thank you for your time.

Just a note to thank you for the great job you have done for me and my old computer running old software.
As I searched the Yellow pages of the telephone book and called a few Computer services and knowing my problem, I passed them up because I knew they did not relish accepting the challenge.
When I contacted you and shared with you my problem, you were honest and told me the possible pricing and risk and felt comfortable in having you take a look at my system because of your honesty and obvious competency.
In my over 20 years of personal computer use, I never saw anyone sit at a sick machine and Zap through the operating system within minutes to define the problems. Then open up the case and identify the hardware problems and price the fixes with all the risks of the old system not working as a new one would.
Knowing how important time was to me, I was amazed at having it back the next day with about half the system replaced and working, including all of my precious files replaced without a loss.
